FUCARE Blast Doors Certified Class 4 Air-Tightness under EN 12207 by TÜV SÜD Singapore

We are proud to announce that FUCARE’s blast-resistant doors have been officially certified to the highest air-tightness class (Class 4) under the EN 12207:2016 standard – Windows and doors – Air permeability – Classification.

This certification was granted following rigorous testing conducted by TÜV SÜD Singapore, a globally recognized and accredited testing authority.

The EN 12207 standard assesses the air permeability performance of windows and doors under varying pressure levels. Achieving Class 4, the top classification, confirms that FUCARE’s blast doors provide exceptional sealing performance, minimizing air leakage and supporting critical applications where containment, pressure management, and environmental control are paramount.

Notably, the tested FUCARE blast door measured a large 2600 mm x 2800 mm, making this achievement particularly significant. Larger doors present greater challenges in achieving airtight integrity due to the increased surface area and potential for joint leakage. Passing the Class 4 test at this scale highlights the superior design, manufacturing precision, and engineering excellence behind FUCARE’s product.

This milestone further demonstrates FUCARE’s commitment to delivering high-performance safety solutions that meet international quality and performance benchmarks. Our blast doors are engineered not only for protection against blast threats but also to perform under demanding environmental conditions, including those requiring controlled atmospheres.
