Blast Facade
A blast facade is a building's primary line of protection against external blast pressure, in order to protect people and assets inside buldings by absorbing, and reflecting the blast pressure by explosives. At the same time, blast facade is engineered to provide regular function such as weather-proof.
FUCARE offer customized blast facade systems aiming various applications when mutiple facts including blast pressure, blast impulse, product size, protection class and weather proof, have to be considered in one system.
Glazing module has been type tested at Intertek by 2.3 bar reflected and been rated to class 1 according to GSA TS01and H1 by ASTM F2912.
